Zeshan Usman, the founder of Usman Law Firm, LLC, has helped hundreds of people fight back against abusive insurance companies, bill collectors and mortgage companies. His clients come from all walks of life. From the single parents struggling to get by and raise their kids to professionals strung out by overwhelming mortgage payments and student loans. Zeshan’s clients rely on him to take on even the tough cases and to work tirelessly to achieve the results they deserve.

He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida, a J.D., M.B.A. from the University of Miami and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker and General Contractor.

Zeshan understands not only the U. S. Bankruptcy Code, but all the other laws that impact consumers – the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and more. He is effective because he is informed, knowledgeable, and current.

Zeshan was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and later moved to Wisconsin. He and his wife live just outside Madison with their two children.
